Osborne Design Studio was created by Architect and Engineer James Roger Osborne II with the vision to bring ideas to life through the Art of Design. 

The owner has 24 years of experience in providing Architecture and Engineering services to private and government clients including projects that are funded by federal, state, and local government agencies.  This includes experience working with clients and funding agencies by providing pre-design, construction estimates, schematic design, design development, construction drawings and specifications, contract documents, bidding and negotiations, contract administration and construction inspections.
